Remedios studied Gestalt therapy and transpersonal therapy at Bircham International University. She also completed training as a Waldorf teacher, Yoga for children and has a diploma in Dance interpretation. She works with the Creation Wheel. She also completed courses in theatre, body expresion and various dance methods like bellydance, Kathak, Biodanza and Chakradance.
In this workshop the participants will experience a combination of
DANCE, CHAKRAS AND PAINTING
The workshop will explore body movements, various energy vibrations that emanate from the Chakra system, painting and connecting every aspects of the work with the purpose of feeling the healiung affects of our life force.
